I have caster and camber still out of spec with 2 degree cams. 91 X no lift yet and 30/9.50s Left caster spec is 1.25-3.25, I have 6.07. Right caster spec is 2.50-4.50, I have 3.67. Left camber spec is 2.50-4.50, I have 1.04. Right camber spec is 2.00-4.00, I have .20. I have brand new ball joints, sway bar bushings, tie rods, adjusting sleeves, tie rod ends, wheel bearings, rotors, and u-joints, Radius arm bushings and 2" Daystar coil spacer are ready to go in, but is this going to hurt or help my alignment? I know I can order 2 1/2 degree cams, but will this be enough or does someone have a better idea/suggestion?

Hua?
Camber and Caster are - or + from spec?
You have stock coils and they cannot align it with stock shims?

2" spacers will be VERY close to being aligned with 2.5 shims.
1.5" would work better.
Every truck is different, so only the alignment shop can tell you for sure, but in my experience 2" of actual coil is going to give you + camber, even with 2.5 degree shims.

My computer printout from the alignment shop claims everything listed above it +. Is there anymore bushings or ? that might throw it off that much or is the alignment specialist better suited for drive through service?

Okay this makes no sense, why is your camber and caster so far off if you have stock suspension?

Either your springs are shot, your ball joints are shot, your tie rid ends are shot, you axle pivot bushings are shot, or this sucker has been in a wreck with those numbers.

Whats the history here?
What did the alignment shop tell you you needed?

You should not need new shims until you add lift in the coil, otherwise the stock shims will bring it back into spec as long as the rest of the front end is in decent shape.

Ball joints and tie rodends are brand new, replaced them the day b-4 alignment. I was thinking axle pivot bushings, but I went for a Massachusetts inspection today (passed!)and asked the legal lift law and he said 4" . Stock to the bottom of the door is 20", max is 24". He measured about 19 1/2 and I have 30x9.50s on stock aluminum.
