Cat Converter replacememnt

I have the P0420 code displaying on my 03 Mounty. I need to replace the converter assembly. It doesn't look to hard to do other than taking a crossmember out. Any suggestions on where and what brand to buy it ? I looked at Rock Auto...cost $500.

Not sure if you have emissions testing where you're at but if it's your 3rd cat just cut it out and throw a piece of straight pipe in. There are no sensors after that cat so you won't even throw a code.
