Cd On Stock Upgrade - Help

Explorer 97 5.0 4-door

I have come across a tone up Stock Ford Explorer Radios on eBay but I'm not sure what my truck will support. I currently have a tape deck FM AM with the auto button. I keep seeing decks that have CD or CD and tape, they look just like my unit with the CD added. Anyone know if my truck will fit any of the newer units?

Describe your radio, and tell them mine is part no. xl2f-18c868-ad with the clip holes on both sides... And ask about the harness...

Write down their number real quick, because I have to delete it in 5 minutes.

I assume you have the number :shifty_ey and no one else got it...
