This has happened twice, and now I'm curious...
I have a 2005 Ford Explorer XLT V6. A while ago, during a bad rain storm, and now, the CEL came on (Service Engine soon). I'm thinking it was throwing a code, of course, so I stuck it in test mode. Nothing showed. It said 'Diagnostic Trouble Code: None", so I didn't get it scanned. Tonight the light popped off. Does the test mode show all codes, or only certain ones?
I was also thinking, it's at 66k Miles, but I didn't get the 60k mile inspection done, could that be the reason?
