CEL when cold outside... NO CEL When warm...

Any guesses?? When the outside air is cold (under 45F) about 10 mins into driving the CEL turns on. If its warm outside.. it does not turn on.. Mass airflow? Gosh i am at a loss with this. Any insight would be helpful!!!

Rather than hazard guesses about what it might be (without symptoms it could be anything), you're better off either buying an OBD I code reader (they're only $25) or just going to Autozone/Advance and getting the codes read for free. That will tell you what the general nature of the issue is, no guessing.

If you haven't cleaned the MAF sensor, do so and then if the CEL stays off you're good.

So i got the Equus 3145 Ford Digital Code Reader and its throwing a 136 (R) Oxygen sensor not switching/system lean Left or Front HO2S - Fuel control

so i sea-foamed the gas tank, cleaned the MAF with MAF cleaner, and its still coming on.. i replaced my O2 sensors about 6-8 months ago with brand new ones... i wonder what the issue is.... Any ideas?

Being your only throwing a code for one side that just about rules out the MAF sensor and every thing tell the intake. Now on the side that is effected you could have an intake leak and more likely on the lower intake gasket (known issue with the blots coming lose at times) but it also could be any of them from the top one on down. Use the standard methods for checking (carb cleaner / WD 40 / ect.) Spray around the area to see if you can find a leak. If it speeds up or smoothes out you found a leak and need to fix it. That would be my best thought on it and also what was going on with mine some time back.

Also recheck the O2 Sensor and make sure the wiring is okay not pinched / broken or any thing like that and the connector is hooked up good and also making a good clean contact. lest likely but not unheard of you could have a bad O2 sensor also but that would be my last things I would check change and not tell the rest was done first as doing so other wise would nit fix any thing and still give you the code so doing so would only make your wallet litter and nothing more.
