Hey guys.

My center armrest on my 1993 Navajo is cracked and flopping up and down like everyone else's. I picked up a new one with the steel bracket and have a question about the installation.

The instructions say to cut the old one out with a Dremel. I don't own a dremel and don't really want to buy one. Has anyone had any success without using the Dremel.

Thanks in advance.

Kevin

You could use a hand drill if you can find a cutting wheel to fit it. I used a dremel tool and it was a piece of cake to fix.

From looking at past posts on this subject I am getting the feeling that the dremel is the way to go. I'll see if I can borrow one from a neighbor.

Thanks.

Kevin

I also used a dremel when I did mine a couple weeks ago, it took about 5 min. to do the whole replacement.
