Center console help

I have a 98 xlt with the short center console i wanted to know if i can put the full center console with message center in. I looked for the big wiring harness near the radio and it wasn't there. Any help would be appretiated. I have know idea if it will work or not i don't see how nothing is there but i am open too suggestions. What modifications do i have to do to get the new one in there? thanks

Welcome to the forum. You can add a full length. People have added the message centers too. I think there is a write up on it. Do a search for message center or something like that and you should find some good info.
