Center Console that will fit in 2013 Police Interceptor

Hello,

I recently bought a surplus police car and it has a funky center console. The car is a 2013 Explorer police interceptor unit. I was wondering if I purchased a standard center console if it would fit in that interceptor? I would even be willing to put another interceptor console in if it had rear storage and cup holders. This one is bascially a piece of metal with blanks in it to put your radio and other stuff, I am guessing..

Yes, I believe the regular civilian explorer's center console will fit the interceptors. You will still need to obtain the side panels as well. I am sure you can source one from a part out or scrap yard.
