Change Interior and Puddle Lights to LED

Hi there I have an 08 Explorer EB and I want to change my interior and puddle lights to led and was just wondering if someone could explain how to open the covers to replace the lights. And also if there be any problems using leds like error lights or not dimming or anything like that. And if you know what kind of lights and how many are needed. Thanks

Hey I did this same mod on my 07 Mountaineer AWD. Its pretty straight forward to removing the covers inside the truck and the puddle lamps you will need a small flat head screwdriver to get the lense to pop out. I have posted the link to my thread below where you can see pics of my puddle lamps and also the EBay ad that I brought my lights from. Hope this helps.
