Changed Cruise Switches Now Horn keeps Blowing

Changed out my cruise control switches. When I put the airbag back in and connect the battery the horn blows non stop. I have tried adjusting the bolts for the contacts in and out and no success. Anyone know a trick to this surely simple problem that i am too stupid to figure out today?

Is the wiring harness for the switches maybe laying on the horn causing it to blow? When I replaced my switches I did not have any issues thankfully.
