changed ra bushings...same problem

I changed out the radius arm bushings and 14 days later the truck is creaking and im starting to get the same loose feeling and clunk noise i had with the old ones. I even changed the shocks. I dunno where to go from here!

Is the hole the bushings install into deformed?

Front axle beam pivot bushings. They go bad and then you get a clunk when you step on the brakes or change direction. You should probably also replace the upper and lower ball joints while your in there. Then there will be no question.

Thanks for the input i think its the lower ball joint the noise comes from the lower part closer to the ball joint. Im so picky any little noise or tick gets me paranoid.
