Changing Rear Axle Seal

I am needing to change my rear axel seal on my 2004 Explorer and not sure how to do it. Does anyone know where a site is with instructions on how to do it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks..

i just did mine
i went to advanced auto and looked at there chilton's manual and it laid it all out
the worst part was getting the emergency brake off the hub, the genuises at ford went and put the things on the inside of the rotor, so it took a lot of prying and i ended up breaking the emergency break pads. but after that it was easy

I just changed both sides also. FYI- Make sure that you have a couple of large crowbars and a relatively large sledge hammer. You will understand during the process and you will surely be grateful.
