Changing the headlamp bulb? 08 Sport Trac

I apologize in advance for my n00b-ness. However, I just drove my brand new 08 Explorer Sport Trac off the lot and I want to change the bulbs in the headlights to the Sylvania Silverstar High Performance bulbs. Does anyone have a decent walkthrough for getting at those bulbs and replacing them? I've spent the past 45 minutes trying to find some info, but cannot do it. Maybe I am tired. Who knows?

There are some L-shaped tabs above and behind the top of the light. Just pull them up with some pliers and the headlight assembly will fall right out. Then untwist the retaining ring to remove the bulb but make sure you put the ring back on facing the same way.
