changing tranny fluid

why did ford make it so difficult to change the tranny fluid on the 02 mountaineers and explorers? i tried to do it myself and it just looked way to difficult probably just take it in and get it done. any ideas?

if your referring to the "sealed system", no dipstick, some say it was because owners were overfilling and/or not using the correct tranny fluid. Which can cause problems just as low fluid can.
