Not familiar with 'tag lights' so I'm assuming you mean the license plate lights. If so, according to my '92 wiring diagram they are on the same circuit as the tail lights and side marker lights, so if those work then it's likely a wiring issue at the back of the vehicle.

Yes they are all working just not the tag lights, guess I need to chase all the wires down
