Hey all!

So I bought a 1996 Camaro RS about a month and a half ago as a project car. I've fixed it up to mostly how I want it, however, when driving sometimes I notice the voltage gage drop from the nominal ~14 volts to below 12 volts for a few seconds. I can see the lights dim a little bit, and the wipers slow down. It only happens once in a while. Is my alternator going bad? What else could cause this?

I would have posted this on the Camaro forum, but the site seems to be having problems and you guys really know your stuff

The previous owner said he changed the fuel pump, both window motors, the clutch, and the alternator. So far, both window motors had to be replaced and the clutch was bad

I actually just replaced the battery terminals, as they were corroded before. The battery itself is at least a few years old although it still seems fine. I've only noticed it when the engine is hot (195 F) but I could be missing it when its cold, it's not really obvious.
