Check Charging System after installing new alternator

I have the same issue sence a year ago i drive it daily i think about 40-60 miles every day with that warning sound all the time i already got justo it i had put new alternator and tensioner nd battery but nothing fixed it i did scan it and it showed i think bad voltage regulator some like that but alternator new from napa

Did you use an aftermarket or genuine Ford alternator? Many members who used an aftermarket alternator had continuing issues.
Not saying that is the specific problem you are having.

Check charging system - All charging system parts have been replaced
