Check Engine Light Codes Pulled

hey.. I went over to the local Advance Auto and they pulled the codes from my 98 explorer and it came out to be P0430 ... can i get some advice on what is best to do in this situation please. Thanks

P0430 Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 2)

This code says the catalyst monitor 02 sensor on bank 2 is telling the computer the cat converter is not burning enough of the gasses in the exhaust.

This is just a generic description, you need to check it vehicle specific
Dont run out and buy a cat coverter or 02 sensors yet

Just got this on mine, when I bought the truck I had some of the O2 sensors changed due to an intermittant CEL. Now I have a constant CEL. Is the only way to determine what the true problem is go goto a shop?

If the truck is running OK, reset the code and see if it comes back.
