check engine light keeps keeps coming on

check engine light keeps coming on. took it to 2 shops, and the diagnostics showed that it was for the cam sensor. The cam sensor was replaced, and the check engine light turned off, but after driving it for a few miles, the check engine light would come back on. none of the mechanics could figure it out because the check engine light keeps turning on, and the same code for the cam sensor shows up in diagnostics.

Although the alternator seems to be working, I bet it is allowing some ac noise to the output which is causing the cam sensor codes.
