Its hard to answer your question without more information. I see you posted you have a SOHC. Without the actual OBDII code we can't really determine what caused it. I see you posted that it said bank 1 lean. Well that can be caused by various things, like a O2 sensor, MAF sensor, 00M12 recall, etc.
