Sorry! I'm not very good at English.
I have a problem, periodically turn on the lamp "check fuel cap".
fuel cap-normal.
What reasons can lead to the inclusion of this warning light?
Sincerely SERGE13
The fuel filler cap not tightening correctly will make the light go on, and can also create problems driving. Try loosening and then putting it back on again. If the light stays on, you may need to buy a new fuel cap, they can sometimes go bad.
Good point... Forgot about the cracked neck. If you do need a new filler neck (that runs from the fuel cap to the rubber lines to the fuel tank, the neck is visible from the wheel well- Tony at 1A auto sells a great one.
Here is a thread where I review the 1A Auto part and show the install: CLICK ME
