child safty locks on my 96 explorer

Hi:
Does anyone know how to fix the back doors child safty locks,it's seems they are stuck .And i can't open them from inside,even when i unlock the
whole car.But i can from outside.I know there is a little thing on the end of each door, when i push it down ,it should (deactivate)the child safty locks but i did'nt do it thank you ......

It's probably not your child locks. The inside door handles on these are very prone to breaking, causing the doors to only open from the outside. I have had to replace all but one on my 95. There is quite a bit of info on this if you search the site. It's a pretty easy and inexpensive fix if you are able to do it yourself, but can be pretty pricey through the dealer. Good luck.
