Chip and tires????

Okay so i have a K&N air intake and i love it. adds some power sounds good...the rest is stock. I would like bigger tires but i dont really want to lift it. so whats the biggest tires i can get with out going over board. and i would like all terrians. also i would like to get a chip to add more power. is the Jet chip good? what r my other options and i dont wanna pay too too much. and finaly i do want to get a exhaust and i want it loud. and i dont wanna put it in and i have a budget i dont wanna spend that much....so what do you think ? haha

265/75 R16 tires are the absolute biggest in stock form. I wouldn't go that big though.

Jet chip is junk.

You can't do exhaust, tires and chip on the cheap.
