dont use windex.. it will eat away at the finish.... at work we use meguirs gold class stuff and it works good..... then for the ultimate shine, use polish (not sure what kind we use, but it rules)

used windex once won't use it again i'll try meg. i love meg. there quick detailer is the ****

I use Eagle One's A2Z Wheel Cleaner. It's great and best of all...it's only $4.50 a bottle. You can get it from Wally World but when you get there, be sure to get the orange bottle and not the black bottle because the black bottle contains acids which may eat away your car's paint.

While we're on the subject of rims, cleaning the tire. I use Eagle One's tire cleaner. Some Sears stores sell them for $1.07 because EO is gonna discontinue them. I bought 8 bottles just in case. This eats away the dirt...literally!! Here's a pic of my tire with that stuff on...

Dead Link Removed

Look how dirty the liquid is!! When I first sprayed the cleaner on the tire, the liquid was white. A little while later, it turned dark brown, like the one in the pic.
