Cigarette Lighter, Map Lights & Visor Lights Dont Work

I have a 2002 XLT. The cigarette lighter did work, until i plugged in a radar detector. Now the lighter wont work. Ive check the fuse, its good. I dont know what to do next. Can someone help me. The other problem is the map and visor lights never worked when i got the truck. The rear lights work fine. Can someone help me with this problem also. Thank you.

There is probably a master fuse for the "accessory delay" check that fuse too... I lost the same things in my '04 Taurus while installing a homelink, and that's what it was.
