cigarette lighter

OK guys
The cigarette lighter on my 2000 model is broken looks like easy repair as seems to be able to go in via glove box anyone else replaced one and how easy?
any help please.

The centre unit comes out by undoing the two hex screws just above the heater controls and pulling the unit forward. Piece of cake to get at it then.

I dont use mine, keep a spare lighter instead as when its ready it fires out like a bullet n burns whoevers in the passenger seat!! lol
