Since I am doing detailing this summer, I need clay bars. however, I am tired of paying $15 a pop for a Mothers or Meguiars package.

Does anyone know where I can get a large bar for a relatively cheap price? I am talking about a one pound block or something comparable.

Thanks fellas and ladies.

www.premiumautocare.com sells the ClayMagic bar, a big one for $19 or so, but it'll last you forever. It comes alone, with no lube. Doesn't really matter though if you use my wash and clay technique.

Stephen,

I'm seeing only $24.95 prices... did they go up?

They may have, I got it for $19 I believe. $25 is still reasonable, the bar will last you for years. We've detailed the Lexus, the Explorer, my son's Lexus and the Sequoia, and aren't even through 1/4 of the whole bar. The Explorer and the Sequoia are big too...

I just sold my detail company in So Ca after 10 years if there is anything I learned when it comes to claying you get what you pay for I have used every product under the sun. the best product that I found was Meguiars. If you are starting a detailing business call around and find detail supplies venders you will get better prices.
