Cleaning and reflowing injectors

Forgive me ladies and gents as I have searched and found nothing on this. Over the Christmas and New Year down time, I would like to give my truck a little TLC. I want to pull the injectors and get them cleaned and reflowed at a local speed shop. Can someone tell me or send me to a link on how to pull them from a 4.0 SOHC motor? Thanks so much

I looked over these links and they are all for the OHV. Any for the SOHC?? About to pull the trigger on cleaned and flow matched injectors and want to buy these. Does the upper intake manifold need to come off? If so, should I replace it along with a new gasket? Any help? Thanks
