clicking in power distribution box???

when my X is running there is a click coming from the power distribution box.........i was wondering if anyone might know what this is???.......................it started right after i replaced the alternator

sounds like a relay clicking take a screw driver and hold it up side down and touch each realy on top and see which is clicking
