Clicking sound near the heater.

Hi, I've got a 03 that clicks from behind the radio area when I put the temp control on "heat" I think I can fix it if I can get to it. Anybody ever take the dash apart? Help!!!! Mike

That sounds like the classic "blend door actuator" problem. Search under blend door.
