Clicking sound

Hey all,
I just replaced the upper control arms, lower ball joints, outer tie rod ends, and front shocks along with the spark plugs and spark plug wires in my mom's 1996 5.0L V8. When I drove it after I finished there was a strange clicking sound that seemed to correlate with the spinning of the tires. Anybody have any thoughts on what might cause this???

Did you look at the brakes?

Yep, the brakes seem fine. I cleaned them when I was putting everything back together and double checked them after I drove it. The sound speeds up and slows down with the rotation of the tire.

Sounds like a stone stuck in the treads.
