Ok when I was under the hood the other night. I seen that by what looks like a vacuum can, on top of it threes a plug that was taped off. I didn't get engine light before or after that. After I did this I, I needed to jump it cause we ran it dead when installing the stereo. You would think when the interior lights stay on there would be enough to start it, guess not. I did plug it in and I don't know if it was the dead battery or with that plug. I was going to take it off later but haven’t had a chance. The clicking does go away or doesn’t click as much when I have the heater fan blowing. Sounds like the clutch engaging on the a/c compressor.

The bottle you refer to sounds like the AC accumulator--there is a pressure switch on the line coming off it. If it is unplugged, the ac will not operate
If it clicks on and off--on max ac also-it indicates the system pressure is low, or the switch is defective.
On normal ac- heat-and defrost- it will cycle on and off

So if i have heat on, no defrost, a/c on at all. I should be hearing this cause it doesn't make sence that it should when i am not using a/c or defrost. Someone was saying something about it the alternator going through a load test, not sure if his resources were reliable.
