Are you seeing two codes on the file ? I have a problem with my eyes, I can't see well now.
These are the only DTCs found

One says something about your AC being out of range and the other saying something about LED lights installed.

P1464 code

B1313 code

P1464 is a diagnostic trouble code (DTC) for vehicles, specifically for Ford vehicles like your Explorer.

The code P1464:00 indicates a problem with the:

- AWD (All-Wheel Drive) system
- Transfer case control module
- Electronic shift-on-the-fly (ESOF) system

The code suggests that there is a fault in the AWD system's electronic control module or the transfer case control module. It may indicate issues like:

- Faulty sensor inputs
- Incorrect software calibration
- Wiring or connector problems
- Module malfunction

It's essential to consult a repair manual or a professional mechanic for a detailed diagnosis and repair. They will help you identify the root cause and perform the necessary repairs to resolve the issue.

"Related with this?
AWD Active Torque Coupling Barcode (BCDF)"

Yes, the "AWD Active Torque Coupling Barcode (BCDF)" is related to the P1464:00 trouble code.

The Active Torque Coupling (ATC) is a component of the All-Wheel Drive (AWD) system in your Ford Explorer. The ATC is responsible for transferring torque between the front and rear axles.

The Barcode (BCDF) refers to the specific configuration and calibration of the ATC module. The BCDF code is used to identify the software version, hardware configuration, and other specific settings for the ATC module.

In the context of the P1464:00 trouble code, the AWD Active Torque Coupling Barcode (BCDF) is likely related to the issue with the transfer case control module or electronic shift-on-the-fly (ESOF) system.

A faulty or incorrect BCDF configuration can cause issues with the AWD system, leading to the P1464:00 trouble code being triggered. A professional mechanic or a Ford dealership would typically need to check and verify the BCDF configuration as part of the diagnostic and repair process.

Lol. I think I just found the issue. You keep saying that your explorer is all wheel drive, but yet the data you just programmed is for front wheel drive. Somewhere along the lines, I am assuming that someone converted it to AWD? Being that it is a PIU, who knows what was done to it while it was in service.

My next, best and only suggestion is to take it to a reputable Ford dealer in your area and explain that you have this explorer, with transmission issues.

I've noticed this for a long time.
According to all documents, this car should have it. If it's not, there will be serious consequences. I remember everything you've said because when I was at Ford, I asked for the solenoid strategy number, and the representative said, 'What? Sorry, madam, I can't understand what you're saying.' I showed him the message for the programmer, but he was still unable to understand.
Then, he spent over 20 minutes in the office with his manager.

I don't trust anyone enough to leave my car with them for even a minute now, and before.

Months ago I left my car there for around 2 hours for "Sync 3 programming" but they didn't touch anything. I know because I left something on purpose.
I felt something strange inside me, but i wasn't sure.......

Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You don't know what this car means to me, and you don't know what I have sacrificed/fought/battled for this car.

I want tell more you more for you help, but I can't now sorry.
Thank you so much!!!❤️

Now I understand why no one wants to touch it.

I'm sure that you would get the same reaction to your question at most dealers depending on who you are talking to.
Dealers usually will charge to do software upgrades since they are available to owners to do. Did they charge you fo it nor say that the Sync 3 programming was done? Perhaps the dealer was too busy to get at it.

About the Sync 3, it was at the beginning when I bought my car in August. At the time, I had no experience with it. Mainly, I was interested in integrating APIM with my car because I had no radio volume. I finally did it myself.

Again the front signal light with harness was missing at first. Guess what they told me? I had to pay for 8 hours of labor! Yes, 8 hours! I don't want to tarnish the image of the Ford company.
I love the Ford company.

Yes, and it matters who they think they're talking to, for example, if someone experienced goes to the dealer, I don't think they're going to tell them the same things they would tell me.
"They just thought I was a UFO!"

It's not about the money. I'm thinking of something completely different.
Thank you for support!!

I think you may have misunderstood my statement. It was meant to say it matters who you are talking to at the dealership. Not everyone at a dealership is familiar with programming or its terms. I believe my small dealership only has one tech familiar with programming etc.
I hope it all gets worked out eventually.

No, no, I understand what you meant.

What I said was my belief.
They made me to believe that. It has nothing to do with your comment.
You know what I mean.
I'm speaking about them, and I complained about my experience with them to the company.

I really hope I'll be finishing with this thriller soon. 🙏 :ca:
