i just brought a 99 ex xls 4x4 high low lights blinking feels like it may be stuck in 4x4 also when i apply brake i hear like a dropping noise like something is shifting in the front or middle of car i have seen alot of post about the lghts blinking was wondering if the two where related or what it is i see alot of people saying the radius arm bushing
