Cluster light don't turn on?

I removed the dash and the bulbs look good. All the fuses are good, all other dash lights are working. The brake, ABS, battery, and all other trouble lights turn on when the key is turned. The only light that doesn't turn on is the backlight so I can't see my gauges at night.
 






You can't really "see" if bulbs are good or not. The only real way to test them is to either hook them up to an appropriate power source, test them with a multimeter, or purchase new bulbs and see if they work. If you haven't actually tested the bulbs I would work on replacing them.
