Welcome!

I knew someone was gonna bring those snake-leds up sooner or later.

The wiring is the easy part, you just gotta find a place and way to mount them and wire them up. You're most likely gonna have to drill somewhere.

i really dont wanna drill if i dont have to tho, isnt there any other option???? like a wierd ass bracket or somthin, im open for suggestions, im just in denial that im gonna have to ruin my hood

super glue?

Even if you super glue the head you still need to drill to hide the wiring.

sweet now wer talkin! hah, if i have to rig it up myself, i will, n il make it look good

if u can find a way to get the wires hidden you can use 3m double sided trim tape that is used to hold vehicle trim on. its strong as hell so you dont gotta worry about it going n e where.

yea thats a good idea, i was thinkin bout the double stick tape, where can i get it tho?

I would not drill into your hood because in a month you are gonna think that they look retarted and be stuck with 2 sets of washer nozzles. There is really no way to do it where it will look good without drilling. Just make sure that you are gonna like them for a long time...I have a feeling you wont, these are a fad that is fading FAST. Also, dont be offended by what I said, wanst trying to be an a-hole.

yea i gotcha its k, i kno its a fad, n thats y im not drilling, if i dont like it il get rid of it. but anyways, somebody said it was easy to do the wiring, well..... hows that??? i wanna use a switch n all, so how can i get a switch in my car? i cant find any way of running it from under the hood to the interior. i dont know much about cars, so sry if its a stupid question. i heard somthin bout there bein holes near the pedals or somthin but i just looked n i didnt see anythin

positive to positive negative to negative the set I have on my dakota was literaly that simple.

j/k

you could mount them on the plastic wiper surround? if you did that the hole would be much easier to drill without damage and it wouldn't be real noticeable if you removed them. however, i don't know if this would "ruin" the look or something

Easiest way to get a wire into the interior is to poke a straightened coat hanger through the rubber gromet that the hood latch cable goes through. Tape the wire to the hanger and pull it back into the interior.
Maby try mounting the lights on the back edge of the hood, by the cowel, so the wires can wrap around the hood. Might not be too noticable.

yea actually thats exactly what i was thinking, put it on the windshield assembly, il have to see how it looks. and thanx, il do the coathanger thing

pics... we must see pics!!!
