Hi everyone, hope that everyone is enjoying the weekend!! My explorer is a 1996 5.0 and runs great, was getting codes all pertaining to 02 sensors so I ordered a set of four and installed them this morning. I went and purchased the 02 sensor socked kit off of amason for $20, well worth it!! Getting to two of them no problem the other two took about 2hrs to get in and out (working on the ground in 90degree heat). It is tougher to get to on this due to it having 2 flowmasters directly behind the cats (on an angle so they fit) so you cant reach over the cats to work very easily. Job i was regretting doing- done!

Anyway now I get PO161, p0155, p0141, p0135 all at the same time after clearing the codes out and letting the truck warm up for about 20min.
I followed what was possible of the wires to see if they somehow came in contact with the exhaust-damaging them but could not find anything wrong. If someone may have an idea on what is up or what i'm missing. The truck is running good but still has these codes come up. I think the next thing is to find out what the values are suppose to be coming out of the harness for each 02 sensor and see if it is correct. Any ideas please holler.

Thank You, Chuck

Check fuse 24 under hood fuse panel. Your O2 heater circuit ( hego) has its own fuse
Thank You for the quick reply Turdle, I will check as soon as i get back home. Peace

Any news?
Fuse was good :-( I am going to dig into the service manual and start tracing wires see if there are any problems there.

Unseat and reseat harness connectors first.
