I been looking for a code reader, a OBD II. I was too cheap to buy one for one reading.

Harbor Freight has one for $39. it is just like the one at the auto part store for $90

I really don't care for harbor freight but this code reader is nice, well made, work great. Its worth ever penny. I,m glad I bought it. That why I,m telling here. Its worth the money

Do you have a link to it you can post so we know what one you're talking about?

I bought this from from HFT.. I paid < $70 (I had a coupon and it was on sale) Works great.. no problems with it.. and it shows you the code # and what it means in english (I hated having to look up the numbers)

I've used it on a 2006 mustang (ODB-II with CAN), 2000 Honda, 1999 chevy and a 2000 chevy truck..

Its had no issues with any of the vehicles.
