Cold air intake snorkel???

I have a 99 X and I wanted to make a snorkel with my K&N cold ait intake... is this possible? has anyone done this and have pictures? Thanks

sounds good thanks im gunna try and take the factory housing for the air intake and use it for the K&N Air filter
