Cold start idle issues

I have a 2001 ST with 185k on it . In cold weather the truck will only stay running by keeping foot on the gas and rpm's up. With in 5 minutes as engine warms up it idles fine. Starts fine in warm weather. Have changed out plugs, wires and cap and cleaned maf sensor. It's a great truck and would really like to hit 200k.

Sticking idle Air Control Valve or could possibly be a sticking PCV valve since it clears up after it warms up.

Have you checked for codes?

Your 2001 a Job 1 or Job 2?
