computer port

what is the computer port under the dash of my 95 explorer xlt for if i cant get a obd2 reader or a tuner for it. They both fit but neither will read. what will.

If I recall correctly 95's and earlier were on the ORB I system. Which is why something designed for the ORB II systems won't work.

And just so yah know, I checked the Haynes bible and yup, 95 and older are the old system.
