Connecting to +12VDC Battery Memory

I am trying to hook up an auxillary input in my 99 explorer eddie bauer
I have gotten everything connected as specified by the instal instructions found in the link below, however I need to know how to hook up to the +12vDC battery memory on the factory harness, I know it is pin 9, but do not know how to hook into it. The wriring diagram for the kit I purchased is attached below any info would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to this forum! That source of voltage is constant, and not ignition controlled.
