coolant change

Aloha guys,
I just got a 02 Sport Track. The coolant is brownish and ugly. What should I replace it with? Is Prestone as good as any?

I've always used Prestone when changing my coolant... In fact I just replaced the coolant in my Q45 a couple of days ago...
