Coolant Leak, with pictures, what part is this?

Hi all,

I have a leak, about 1 drop per second with the car running. No drips when parked (but still wet).

It's on the top, passenger side of the motor.





Part looks very accessible and an easy fix, just dont know what to ask for at the local parts depot.
