My 1993 explorer is pouring out water almost as fast as I can put it in. Well,it's more like a stream coming out from under the idle sensor. Everyone has suggested that it's a freeze plug, but to me it looks like it's ming out o the top instead of the side. There is no water in the oil yet, so i don't tink it's the head and i just changed the water pump and hoses so I know it's not that. Can any one help me? :(

Sound like a Hole in the Intake manifold , I posted in the other thread you posted in , I fixed a Hole the Size of a Silver Dollar with some Quik Steel , Its like JB weld but a stick form , I used Rtv blue silicone on top of the layers of Quik steel and it held up for another 80+K miles , the head gaskets blew before it leaked !

My daughters father suggested that I do that, but I wasn't sure if it wuld really hold. Where would I find that at?Would an autoparts store have it or should I try Lowes, do you think?

It worked for me , I have Also used it on small Radiator Leaks and cracks near the Trans cooling lines , You can Get it at your Local Walmart , autozone Advanced Etc .

No problem , just follow the directions and let it harden in between layers , And Report back !

well, i got some things moved around so that i could get to it better and found that it's not actually leaking from the top as i thought, it's squirting up from the side of it and i can't even get to it without taking the whole thing apart i don't think.

Ouch , Sounds like its the Lower intake manifold , Is there a way for you to take a Picture and Post it ?
