Coolant Leak

I have a 2018 Ford Explorer XLT. Currently is leaking coolant from above the exhaust pipe. I’ve read that it could be the head gasket is bad but is not showing any of the symptoms of that. It’s dripping from a clamp on a hose/line above the exhaust pipe. Do I need to just have the hose/clamp replaced or is it something bigger like the head gasket.

Try cleaning the area so that you might be able to get a better idea of where the leak is.
