So I ordered my copperhead 2 inch lift shackles a week ago today. Ive emailed them twice with no response. It was supposed to be 5-7 days shipping and I haven't got them yet (its been 5 business days). I got a paypal receipt of payment so I know they got my money. Anyone else had an experience with copperhead? good or bad? I just want to know if I should consider filing a dispute with paypal or if they are actually going to ship my product. I will be calling them monday if I dont get my package. It just pisses me off when I try and contact them multiple times and get no response.

If it has only been 5 days I wouldn't worry about it. its 5-7 days in transit I am sure, and they might not have gotten it out the same day. I would wait at least another week before filing a dispute.

tell me how the ch's do, i am going to try out the az shackles, but holefully they dont bend and break... lol

The CH's look sturdy as can be, thats why I got em. Ill let you know if they ever show up. Ill submit a review about them in the product review section.

Update: Just spoke with James at copperhead. My shackles were shipped out friday (3 days ago) I should get them in 5 to 7 days.

He was professional and explained that he was really busy and didnt have time to return my emails.

Looks like the lift vids are gunna have to wait a week or so.

Keep us posted! I'm waiting for some results before I pull on either these or some Warriors

Should be a fun day.

Sounds like a great time. LOL

Can't do it today though. Gotta clean up the T5 I just pulled out of my '89 Mustang. Should have some free time later in the week.:chug:

...Did you ever get the shackles and then do a video?

the shackles that i ordered(after making sure that the holes were drilled for my year) do not fit the bolts. The holes are not 1/2 inch like the bolts and even though i have a 91( early style) they do not fit. They also had alot of surface rust when i got them.

autozone shackles are a good cheaper alternative to the more expensive brand name shackles. people seem to have no problems with them that I have heard of. Had mine on for almost a year now with no issues.

yes, i got a full 2 inches out of them. i also slid another grade 8 bolt through the middle hole in the shackle bars and threw a nut on the end. Not sure if this added any support at all but I've had no problems with them.

i hit my copperhead shackles with you truckbed liner after cleaning the rust.they come rawsteel.the .i also had to use a bolt and two nuts to seperate the ends tofit after i toasted 2 drillbits just to get them to fit,but in the end they are heavy duty. i had the autozone ones but they shifted and my truck leaned.bu tif you weld a bolt you should be good
