correct spark plug gap

hello all,

i was planning on changing my spark plugs in the next few weeks, but i am not sure what the correct gap is for them. i have an 03 XLT 4.0, i just got it about a year ago.

if someone could help me out that would be great. thanks everyone!

there is a sticker under your hood (should be) that has the plug part # and the gap written directly on it

If for some reason that sticker is missing, the correct plug gap is 0.054". The Motorcraft plug listed on the sticker is exactly the same plug as the Autolite APP103.
