Alright, couple of quick questions. I searched around the site and read some stuff about wheel spacers. I have some pretty significant rubbing when I cut it hard or when i'm turning into a steep incline, and I was wondering if this would be a good way to fix that without trimming. I read good and bad things about them and just want the final word, and where i can get them cheap. Second, what is the best gear ratio for 32x10.5x15 tires on a 92. I drive about 50/50 hwy and city, and I am looking to get the best mileage and power that I can. thanks guys in advance.

1) if it's just plastic or minor metal, trim it.

2) either 3.73 or 4.10, probably 4.10.

thanks alec, im honestly not sure exactly where it hits, but it looks like on the sway bar and on the inside of the wheel well into towards the doors. also when I am turning off of a street into a parking lot or such, if there is a bump or short quick incline, it makes a horrible metal grinding sound that I always attributed to rubbing of some sort as it only started after I got my new rims.

Alec is to quick, I was gonna ask the same thing. Also i think wheel spacers will set the wheels out further making it rub worse on the fender side.

i have the same problem.....thats what happens when you go w/a 4.5"BS rim....i'm a dumbass....anyways i have 5/16" spacers on right now but to no avail, it still have the same rubbing issues.

the backspacing is 3.75" if im not mistaken, they are 15x8 chrome modulars

3.75" with 32x10s with 4" of lift should be plenty.

well I saw in your sig that you had 15x8 rockcrawlers so I assumed we were talking about the same wheel

before the rims, it rubbed the sway bar, now it rubs the fender and makes the grinding sound when I hit a bump at speed, but only when Im turning, so i think the wheel is being pushed back into the fender, i really dont know

LOL-my fender doesn't rub at all, i'm rubbing more of the control arm, and again, it's only on sharp turns or on driveway turns....

Thats whats happening, mine does it to. I just dont know why your does, cuz it shouldnt. Minor trimming should fix it and its hardly noticable. I can get you a pic of what i trimmed if you want.

i'm pretty sure my only problem is the BS spacing on my rims, b/c i definately have enough clearance and Beast it sounds like you should too.....only thing i can think of to do would be to buy wheel spacer adapters.
