It's not too bad.
Remove the windshield wiper arms.
Unscrew on screw in the drivers side cowl where it meets the passenger side. Pull the cowl up. It is held down with clips.
Really easy....
The only thing to consider when taking off the cowl is too watch out when you reinstall everything, make sure you don't pinch one of your wiper sprayer lines. I know that when I took mine off, then installed them again, only my drivers side wiper washer worked; I thought I broke something, but when I removed the wiper cowl I noticed a "pinch" mark on one of the lines. So I just carefully installed everything and now it works like a gem!
Just a helpful little reminder from the brain of Peter!
